Ugh, is it even possible that every time I try to submit something the categorization system is just more and more difficult to manipulate accurately? D:

Anyway. I'll give a cookie to whomever can correctly guess the name of the show this character is from. 8D I changed his outfit (a lot) because all the ones he has in the show are boooorrinnng. Now he looks like an RPG character. XD Despite that, there are enough clues in the picture that if you've seen the show, you would recognize it immediately. (Chowder, you're disqualified. >_> )

Um. D: I... tried really hard. To make it look good. Especially that background. I like how the bottom part came out, but... not so much the top. ._. Perspective and all... I even made little guidelines to help with the vanishing point and whatnot, but the buildings look really flat because I was rushing to get it done and over. ;-; Oh well. I still can't figure textures out... I tried to put a texture over the whole image to get more of that "drawn onto paper even though it's totally not" feeling that a lot of artists I look up to emply, but I think all I accomplished is making the image look all washed out... Again, oh well.

The texture is from *ro-stock.
The lines were done in openCanvas 3.
Everything else was Photoshop 6.
